Our Team

New Peace Network provides services in two geographic areas: Southern California through Ted Brewer, and New England and the Northeastern U.S. through David and Judi Glidden.

Southern California
Rev. Ted Brewer, founding director of New Peace Network since 1995. After many years of leading New Peace Network from Nashua, NH, Ted and Ruth Brewer relocated to Southern California. Ruth joined her Savior in 2016 after a long battle with cancer.

     Ted graduated with a B.A. from Amherst College and served in Vietnam with the U.S. Navy. Then he graduated with a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary and was ordained to the ministry. 

     Ted served as pastor and senior pastor in several multi-staff churches (independent community churches and a Conservative Baptist congregation) in the Midwest and New England. 

     Then in 1995 the Brewers followed God's call to found the New Peace Network. They received extensive training in Christian conciliation through Peacemaker Ministries and Ted has pursued additional training through the Woodstock Institute for Negotiation and the Academy of Family Mediators. Ted has been a Certified Christian Conciliator since 2000. 

New England and the Northeast
David and Judi Glidden joined New Peace Network in 2012 after many years of leading marriage restoration programs. David and Judi serve as conflict coaches and mediators and lead the ministry outreach in New England and the Northeast. David also serves as Executive Director. 

     David holds master degrees in business and public administration and a BS in communications. After starting his career in radio & TV broadcasting, David served as a marketing and business executive with various international electronics corporations. 

     Judi ran a successful graphics design business while also training others in computer graphic design programs at the UMass Boston, Middlesex Community College and New Horizons. Judi's education includes Rivier University and Daniel Webster College.

     David and Judi have a passion for helping couples and families overcome conflicts and restore relationships. Their ministry involvements have included serving FamilyLife on Weekend to Remember event teams and leading The Third Option marriage restoration program in Cincinnati. David and Judi also direct the marriage ministry of The First Congregational Church of Ossipee (NH). 

     David and Judi have been Certified Christian Conciliators since 2014, and are certified facilitators of the PREPARE-ENRICH marriage enrichment tools.
